¿Cómo funciona First Pets Medical?
First Pets Medical es un plan de salud para mascotas de Puerto Rico. Los dueños de mascotas eligen un plan y acuden a un veterinario para recibir atención. Si la clínica pertenece a nuestra Red Preferida, pagamos directamente. De lo contrario, el cliente envía un formulario de reembolso. Los planes incluyen vacunas anuales, limpieza dental, atención de emergencia y cobertura para tratamientos a corto, largo plazo y de por vida, brindando a las mascotas el cuidado que necesitan con Salud Sin Sorpresas .

All new customers have a 60-day waiting period from the date of enrollment before coverage begins. During this time, services are not eligible for reimbursement, and any conditions that arise may be considered pre-existing.

First Pets Medical does not cover pre-existing condition services or treatments, cosmetic or elective procedures, breeding or pregnancy-related conditions unless medically authorized in advance, injuries from abuse or neglect, and services outside the scope of your selected plan. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of your health plan.
